I love to write, it’s as simple as that.

I have been running a print business for over twenty-five years. In 2011, as Google prioritised SEO and blogging, I took the opportunity to write blogs for the company website, Digital Print Management.

This boosted my business and ignited a deep passion for writing, which has become an essential part of my daily life.

I write about the complexities and fun of being a woman in her fifties and sixties —let me tell you, it’s no easy feat.

I share my experiences and the challenges that women face as we enter this decade and beyond, drawing on my own personal journey.

I guess writing, drawing, and sketching are my therapy; it’s a powerful outlet for self-expression.

It’s like indulging in ice cream on a scorching day, enjoying a well-deserved gin and tonic after a gruelling week, or relishing the comfort of a warm bed when you're exhausted.

I write about topics that matter to me, hoping they will resonate with you.

My mission is to help you feel connected and reassured on your journey from quinquagenarian to sexagenarian.

A vibrant and fulfilling life lies ahead long after the hot flashes stop.

These posts reflect my insights, experiences, and heartfelt perspectives on menopause, being a working mum and navigating life’s ups and downs.

So, take a moment for yourself—sit back, grab a coffee, kick off your shoes, and dive into the read!

You’re not alone in this journey; together, we can navigate it.

Thank you, and I look forward to sharing the journey. ❤️

I share real stories about my view on life, the small wins, and the quiet thoughts in between. They're honest, reflective, and occasionally mad. If you like stories that make you think, nod, and smile, you'll feel right at home here.
